Nowe Polesie is a complex of 10 buildings with 346 apartments arranged. All the apartments have already been put into use. At the majority of the underground area there is a garage offering more than 370 parking spaces. In the four types of buildings there are modern apartments with functional layouts offered, which living areas vary from 29 to almost 120 m2.

A unique architecture completes the elevation with glassed staircases, natural wood, carefully selected details and a high quality of materials. Each building is equipped with a silent elevator that provides convenient communication from the underground floor.

Osiedle Nowe Polesie II is a continuation of an architectural concept carried out by our company at the Pienista Street which gained recognition not only among inhabitants of Lodz. Most of those who appreciated remarkable architecture, quality and excellent location of the buildings, became residents of the estate. Good location guarantees very fast and trouble-free access to the city centre but also gives the residents the possibility to relax thanks to the nearby forest park with an area of over 90 hectares. Immediate surroundings of Retkina housing estate allow the access to complex infrastructure such as shopping centers, kindergartens, nurseries etc. The first stage involves the construction of four 5-storey buildings. The first two buildings will have service and retail areas in the ground floor, as well as an underground garage with 98 parking spaces. In addition, parking spaces outside will also be accessible.
