My name is Zbigniew Juroszek, I'm CEO of Atal, a company that was founded in 1990. At the beginning of its activity it has been very successful in the textile market.

Since the second half of the 90. thanks to efficient management and the right business decisions, the company had financial surpluses that were invested in real estate, which has since become a major area of ??interest of the company. The first investments were storage spaces, serving the needs both for the company and for rent. Another investment realized by Atal was housing complex Osiedle Blekitne in Wroclaw. The success of the investment localized at Czerniawska street strengthened the belief that decisions were correct. Further development of the company at the real estate market was burdened with a large degree of uncertainty. However, I undertook that risk, and began developer activities on a nationwide scale. The prestigious office-warehouse complex in Katowice (Porcelanowa Street) and Wroclaw (Armii Krajowej Street) were the company’s next investments. Thanks to its location, apartments and warehouses quickly found new owners.

After further successes Atal strengthened its position in the market, has built its own brand and reputation through high quality facilities. In the following years formed another large and modern residential complexes. One of them was a complex at Kolista Street in Katowice, then Cichy Zaulek (Chrzanowskiego Street) and Osiedle Morelwe (Trawowa Street) in Wroclaw. At this moment we build residential complexes Ligota Park in Katowice, Nowe Polesie in Lodz, Bronowice Apartamenty in Krakow, as well as Osiedle Mieszczanskie in Wroclaw. The most interesting project is Zielona Etiuda Apartments in Wroclaw. In 2006 the company became a joint stock company, and currently is considering entering the Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
